All products are guaranteed to meet their minimum performance requirements as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer. When a product fails to meet these expectations or requires repair/replacement, the warranty agreement is through the manufacturer and buyer is responsible for working with their representatives for warranty fulfillment. GSSPapers is not responsible for warranty repairs, replacement, or fulfillment.  All pricing is subject to change without notice.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. 

Shipping 

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. 

Oversized Items

Some items, such as large heat presses, cutters and large quantities of mugs, cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and will need to be shipped through a truckline carrier. GSSPapers is happy to cover the shipping costs for these items if they are purchased at website pricing that qualify for free shipping (approximately $100-$200 in cost of shipping typically), but the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred (residential fee, lift gate fee, appointment fee). Please see the individual products any applicable information on special shipping requirements.

Coupon Code/Discount Terms

Promotional coupon codes exclude equipment, overstock items, and gift certificates. Other exclusions may apply on individual promotions. Free shipping is available on any purchase of $99 or more on shipments within the contiguous U.S. and will be through ground shipping with the carrier of our choice. Any times mentioned within promotions is Eastern Standard Time. We do not offer adjustments on previous purchases made before the promotion, nor will the promotion be extended to purchases made after the promotion has ended. Please contact us for any further details or questions regarding our promotions.

Customer Pickup Policy

Customers can pick up orders from our Mooresville, NC location when their order is in-stock at our warehouse. Click Here(add info) To see more about order processing times, pick-up times, and other policies for all pick-ups. Minimum order for store pickup is $40.

Handling Fees

GSSPapers charges a $2.75 handling fee for Customer Pickup orders placed over the phone. All online orders are exempt from the handling charge.  Gold Seal Specialty Papers offers free shipping on most orders (contiguous U.S. only - excludes AK, HI & PR). Free shipping is shipped ground with the carrier of our choice and only available on items purchased at website pricing.

Order/Shipping Errors

Accuracy of shipping details is the buyer responsibility. Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code entered in the online order) or change will be billed by FedEx directly to the customer.

Tracking Numbers

Please provide a valid e-mail address when ordering. Once the order is placed, we will send out an email confirmation for your review and, after the order is shipped, we will use this email to send you a tracking number. The email will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We make every effort to contact you concerning issues with an order to ensure the speediest and most accurate shipping possible.  All orders of in-stock items placed before 2:00PM EST will ship the same day (business days only). Orders that contain back ordered items may be held until the order can ship complete if we fail to reach you by phone/email. Separate shipments may incur additional flat-rate shipping fees.

International Orders

Expedited shipping and standard FedEx ground shipping options are also available at an additional expense to guarantee arrival by a certain day or your shipping will be refunded. Please see our online checkout for shipping rates and options in your area.

Payment Terms 

• We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Paypal.

• We also accept direct wire/bank transfers at the current wire transfer rate.

• Net 15 credit terms are available to customers with a minimum 6-month buying history and have been in business for 3+ years. Please contact your account manager to discuss the necessary volume and/or to receive our credit application!  

Return Policy

GSSPapers offers a flexible return policy to all our valued customers.  If you purchased a product that you realize you don’t want or doesn’t meet your needs, we’re more than willing to take the product back (with limited exceptions) within 90 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team by emailing us at customerservice@GSSPapers.com to discuss your options:

1. Send the product back (preferably with insurance – you are responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during shipping).

2. Once we receive the product and inspect the condition, we will issue a credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for returns received in resalable condition (unopen and unused).
3. Re-stocking fee will be waived if the product is being exchanged.

Missing/Damaged Merchandise

If you feel that you’ve received damaged merchandise, or are missing items in your package, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can take steps to replace or repair your product.

1. Please check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm all ordered items are included. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us(add info) within 3 business days of delivery and we will expedite the shipment of your replacement items.
2. Beyond 3 days of delivery but up to 15 days after delivery, we will replace any missing or damaged merchandise at our expense and freight shipment, but any expedited shipment fees are at the buyer's expense.
3. After 15 days post-delivery, Gold Seal Specialty Papers is not required to replace or credit for any damaged or missing merchandise in your shipment.
4. If items are damaged, we may need photos showing the damage to properly file a claim for credit. Please retain any damaged product until after you have received your replacement products.

Defective Merchandise.

If you feel that you have received defective merchandise, we will attempt to resolve the issue along the following guidelines:

1. If the product is equipment:

   We'll request that you speak with either our technical support department or the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
   1. If it's a matter of print settings or maintenance needed for set-up, our technical support department will be able to assist.
   2. If there is a physical issue or malfunction of the equipment, the manufacturer will resolve this issue directly with the customer under the terms of the warranty agreement. GSSPapers techs are not able to troubleshoot, repair, or replace any parts or equipment outside of the manufacturer's warranty redemption policy.

2. If the product is paper, ink, supplies, etc.

   1. If we can determine over the phone that the product is defective, we will issue a call tag allowing you to send the product back to us at our expense and will issue a credit or replacement.
   2. If we cannot determine that it is defective, we will request that you send in a sample (or send in the total product with a return authorization) for further testing.
   3. Upon testing in our offices, if the product is defective, our customer service team will work with you to assist with a credit or exchange.
   4. If we find that the product is NOT defective, our customer service team will work with you to determine what credit may be available. Credit will only be given for products that are in resalable condition.
